As soon as the product is ready we pack the material in a customary box including some mailers, package tissues, tape, and stickers. We then add all the required labels on the packing.

After the final finishing of the packaging of the order, our orchestration partners pick the materials from our licensed dealers and warehouses. We ship the product with effectual packing as per industry norms. 

We try to give speedy and efficacious services to our customers. 

Cancellation Policy

Order can be canceled only before the shipment. After shipment, it can only return to origin (RTO). If you choose to cancel the order, the amount will only be refunded for the prepaid orders.

Criteria for the cancellation is listed below:

  • Incorrect or Incomplete information concerning customer's address like the street number or the landmark or something else.

  • In case of wrong product price or specification mentioned on

  • Unavailability of products occurs only in exceptional cases, that is, if a product runs out of stock with the vendor, the product will be canceled automatically and the amount will be refunded automatically within some working days if the order was prepaid.

  • If the area of delivery lies under "Non-Serviceable zone" by our Logistic Courier Partner and still the order has been placed then in that case order will be canceled.

  • If we suspect any fraudulent information.

Return Policy

In case, the product received is damaged, then it should be reported to us through your registered email address by sending an image of the damaged product along with the packaging pictures via email at within 48 hours of delivery.

Guidelines for Returning or Replacing the order:

  • Either the product is defective or is different from the described product on the website.

  • If any part(s) of the product is missing.

  • If the item delivered is wrong or has the wrong color or size or quantity.

Return Eligibility

  • In case of returning the delivered product, the customer has to inform us within 7 days of receiving the order. In case, the received product is damaged, then it must be reported to us via mail or a call within 48 hours of delivery.

  • If the product delivered is defective or damaged, then in such case, customer needs to inform us via their  Register email address by sending a mail to or call us at +91-98355-55989 or +91-76677-81649 within 48 hours from the time of delivery.

  • Products should be strictly unused. Used products will not be returned.

  • The item to be returned should be in its original condition, with proper price tags, user manual, warranty cards, all the original accessories, and in the original manufacturer's packaging box as delivered to you.

  • Bill statements should be available.

  • If the product is marked as "non-returnable", then it cannot be returned.

Return Eligibility

​There are two ways of returning a product. The first one is returning the product from our side in which we send our courier partner for picking up the product from the customer. However, in some cases, we are unable to provide return service, in such a situation a customer needs to send the product to us via India Post only. Once, the product is received by us, we immediately reverse the courier charges.
